Subject: WIP: Update ont-genexis-ft-g2110c.md (#55)

Add FT-G2110C-2.5G modding information like:

- change S/N
- change IP address
- change PLOAM password
- list currenlty known bugs or restriction

- Add modded firmware to spoof firmware version, based on latest versione (C-5.7.1-DEV3)
- Add other useful commands like: unlock env, change GponSn (without TTL), change HWVer, change EqptID
