From c7ce05672816444f608ea9457e08936076d5b7f1 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: IlDucci Date: Tue, 8 Dec 2020 11:45:55 +0100 Subject: Spanish translation corrections and fixes Unlike GTA3's spanish.gxt file, Vice City for PC's version has a number of issues related with the structure of the text file (it also has translation issues, but those are for a later commit). This is what was done: - Removed unused strings. - Fixed string names to match the American file (fixes "STRING not found" in the intro subtitles, the media coverage strings, and probably a lot more). - Added most of the translation changes from the iOS release (except the Cuban/Haitian censorship, as the iOS release also had voice changes that are not present in PC). - Fixed the help screen's extra articles and missing full stops. - Added re3's new strings, using the translation from the GTA3 version. - A few minor translation changes of my own. - Relocated some strings to follow the american.gxt structure. --- gamefiles/TEXT/spanish.gxt | Bin 468412 -> 454498 bytes 1 file changed, 0 insertions(+), 0 deletions(-) (limited to 'gamefiles/TEXT/spanish.gxt') diff --git a/gamefiles/TEXT/spanish.gxt b/gamefiles/TEXT/spanish.gxt index 6708333f..ccab7047 100644 Binary files a/gamefiles/TEXT/spanish.gxt and b/gamefiles/TEXT/spanish.gxt differ -- cgit v1.2.3
